Welcome to The Peppermill's new merch page.  This is basically a fundraising effort for our summer festival.  Which will be free but we'd like to raise some $$$ to help the musicians get out to BC, and make the experience as cozy as possible for attendees.

So we're gathering some of the best pieces submitted for our various musical projects (there will be lots more in the coming weeks) and extracted elements to put on shirts and stuff.  Half of the profits will go to the artist, the other half towards our festival.  These are all courtesy of online printing services but if anything isn't to your liking we'll be happy to refund your money.  Also if there's anything you'd like to see that we don't offer, let us know!

All prices are in U.S. dollars, and don't include shipping... click on the photo to see a bigger pic and on the price to purchase.

You're standing on the road, thumb out.  A trucker passes by causing your hair to blow.  The gears grind while he downshifts and you hesitatingly grab at your pack and meter forward.  As you climb up you hear the unmistakable sound of Isaac Brock's voice blaring through an intimidating Semi exterior... and as you forceably swing the door open you not only only unleash a wall of indie rock upon the wheat field behind you, but you also expose this curiosity to the world!  Rugged blue denim, beneath softer cotton and bold yellow belly-formed stripes, beneath a jawline hidden for years, beneath a luminous smile, beneath an eyepatch on one side and a knowing glint on the other... and planted slightly askew above his retro hairline is this hat... tan and brown, scuffed, eternally cool... his lazy drawl welcomes you into his fortress of travel and you and he and Modest Mouse head on down the Trans-Canada towards the setting sun.

You ask her for her number, she rummages around for a pen... you feel the hair on the back of your neck prickle... you turn around and look up and realize he's assessed the situation accurately.  He takes a step back to prepare.  She jumps between you and this Paul Bunyan-esque brute, pleads "no jake!" "he's not worth it!" and "I love you!".  He gives you the once over and leaves with your dignity in tow, she follows suit but sneaks one last longing gaze over her shoulder.  An hour later, as you and your oak-aged Innis and Gunn sit there alone, watching ill-advised couplings shuffle out the door towards awaiting cabs, you think of what might have been... and you start forgetting the beautiful stranger's face ... but you do recall her classic long-sleeve t-shirt, made just for women...  pre-shrunk 5.0 ounce 100% combed, ring-spun cotton, super-soft baby jersey knit...  coverstitched 3/4" bottom hem and sleeve opening...  custom contoured fit...  in luxurious chocolate brown, but available in a variety of colours and sizes.  What a night.

I was traveling through dark cobblestoned streets of London several years back, when a mysterious headline caught my eye...

The paper in question wasn't of the mainstream variety, in fact it was far from it, my knowledge of Blissymbolics was a bit rudimentary by I decipered a few words of the coded script and quickly headed off to the river Thames to investigate.  And there I found it!  High quality, silky, 100% polyester fabric, 55" long, 4" wide and a fine compliment to any rugged outdoorsman's night-out wardrobe.  Also goes brilliantly with said outdoorsman's birthday suit.
